Guest Registration

To provide a better customer experience to all our Northern Lights Casino guests, and to ensure we are providing the best standard industry practices for player’s health and safety, SIGA is implementing Guest Registration Kiosks at Northern Lights Casino.

Effective February 15, 2024, upon entry all guests must provide Security with their Players Club card to register at the Guest Registration Kiosk. If you do not have a Players Club card, you will be directed to the Players Club desk to sign up for membership or request a reprint of your existing membership card. We look forward to seeing you at Northern Lights Casino.

After research on industry best practices across Canada and data and employee feedback showing the importance of the registration kiosks, it was decided to bring back the registration kiosks on a permanent basis at Northern Lights Casino.
All visitors to the Northern Lights Casino will present their Players Club card to Security upon arrival. Guests can either swipe their card at the Security Podium or may be directed to the Guest Registration Kiosk. If a visitor is not a Players Club member, they will be asked to stop at Players Club to sign up for a Players Club membership.
If you do not have your Players Club card, you will be directed to Players Club to get a new card. Players Club staff can then register the guest and allow entry.
The only information recorded will be First Name, Last Name, Players Club number and Time/Date of Entry. This information is collected for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
